Return Policy

Warranties 

  • Bat Bob products carry a 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Exceptions are noted below:
    • All customized T-Shirt Bobs/items cannot be returned if mock up was correct and approved.
    • Closeout items are provided “as-is”, with no warranty.
  • Items will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
  • Bat Bob will require proof of defect, such as photo, or the returned item.
  • Items damaged by a 3rd party are not warranted.

Returns

  • All items must be returned in new condition, with the original or sturdy packaging.
  • All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are normally processed within 9 business days after being received at Bat Bob.
  • Returns must be received at Bat Bob within 30 days of the original ship date. Returns received after this time will not be honored.
  • Returns for repair or exchange will normally ship back USPS.
  • Clearance or closeout items can only be returned for Credit with Bat Bob. No refunds allowed.
  • Customized items are not accepted for return when the mock up was confirmed and accepted; or when colors do not match expectations or other items you want them to match. This would be impossible. Our policy is to provide the closest color matching possible for our customers, but it is sometimes difficult to achieve.

The Return procedure is designed to service consumers residing in the United States.

Step 1:

Please email info@batbob.com to return a Batbob or other product. The original product must have been purchased directly from Batbob.com or its approved sellers and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Step 2:

Ship the product and Proof of Purchase back to Bat Bob. Postage and all shipping (and insurance costs, if desired) shall be paid by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to return a defective product back to Bat Bob, 404 W Baseline Rd Lafayette CO 80026. When returning a product please include a your contact information and a statement of what needs to be repaired.

Step 3:

Upon receiving the defective product, if Bat Bob agrees that the product is defective and is covered under the warranty, we will send a repaired or replacement within 9 business days of receiving the returned product. Products returned without proof of purchase will not be warranted.
